ABOUT SYNERGY ISRAEL'S MANAGERS
Ilan Ackerman
Prior to founding Synergy Israel in 2008, Ilan Ackerman served as Director of Business Development at Bezeq - The Israel Telecom Corp. Before that, Ilan served as Head of Economics & Business Initiative department at Bezeq.
Ilan Ackerman's core expertise includes over 16 years of high management level experience in operations, economics, financial, marketing and business development positions; exceptional business and analytic skills; strong ability to execute strategic planning ideas into actions with hands-on experience in M&A deals and Venture Capital investments.
Ilan Ackerman attended Collage of Management where he studied Economics and Finance and earned a Bachelors degree in 1997. He also attended Ben-Gurion University where he studied MBA - Business Management and earned a Masters degree in 2002.
Michal Goren Miller
Michal Goren Miller, adv, joined synergy Israel in early 2012 and is the executive director of the firm. Michal's expertise and experience in the business world, combined with her banking, capital markets and legal experience enable her to lead companies and entrepreneurs, to success .
In her last position, Michal served as a member of the board of managers and the head of the personal banking division at U bank Ltd and as a director at U bank trust company Ltd.
Michal was in charge of all the banking aspects, including banking strategy, the bank's branches and the investment advisory unit.
Michal served as the chairman of the divisional credit committee, and was a member of the management's credit committee and lead big and complex deals.
Before that, Mrs. Goren Miller served as CEO at U bank Trust Company Ltd, and specialized in providing trust services to the capital market and to mergers and acquisition deals along with trust services to companies and individuals, tailor made, according to their needs.
Between the years 1995 to 2007 Michal worked at BankHapoalim Ltd as a legal counsel to the Bank's business division, and provided legal advice and representation in legal proceedings, in recovery, receivership and liquidation process, of the banks largest clients.
In addition, and alongside this role, Michal was appointed, in 2004, the professional and administrative manager in charge of the attorney's situated at the banks business centers.
Michal is a graduate of LL.B and LL.M in Law from Tel Aviv University (specializing in commercial law) and a M.Sc. (with Thesis ) in scientific management of organizational behavior at the Recanati Business School, Tel Aviv University. |
